Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Please note your caviar order is tax exempt; all other items, including caviar gift boxes, are charged sales tax at the rate applicable to the state of delivery.

Shipping and Handling

Orders placed by 12:00 Noon EST Monday through Thursday will be processed for delivery within 48 hours.  Thursday and Friday orders for Saturday delivery may be made with a $16 FedEx surcharge.

All requests for next-day delivery, if placed by 12:00 Noon EST, should be directed to alex.ducane@gmail.com.  Please await a confirmation.

Please note: we do not ship overnight on Saturday or Sunday.

We accept no responsibility for delay or loss of orders by FedEx or any other delivery companies.

Please note that FedEx requires a signature for all deliveries and will not leave a package without one unless you have checked the “permission to leave package without signature” box.

Please supply a daytime phone number at the delivery location to ensure that FedEx and we can make a timely delivery.

Please be sure to give us additional information if your order is to be delivered to a gated community or other locations with special security requirements.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, nor can we ship outside the US or to Puerto Rico at this time.

Tracking
You will receive a FedEx tracking number upon shipment of your order. We will inform you of any delay in delivering your order due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather.

Loss or Delay
Should FedEx delay or lose your merchandise once your order has left our premises, we cannot accept responsibility for its replacement.  If you would like to add insurance, you may so indicate on your order.

Returns
All merchandise should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Should you not be satisfied with your order, please write info@pointysnout.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include a day time phone number so that we can help resolve your particular situation. Once we have been in touch with you, we will issue a return authorization code if appropriate, along with a return shipping address. No returns will be accepted without this code. Please note that we will not be able to credit or exchange any partially consumed or discarded items. Please keep all packaging intact for returns. If returns are approved, all perishable products must returned properly packed with frozen gel ice in an insulated shipping box and returned to us via FedEx SOS. Once we receive your returned product, accompanied by the relevant return authorization code, we will either reship merchandise or issue a credit.

Holiday Orders
We cannot ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day thereafter: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas.
