Nico’s creative instincts are a collective grand gesture. It bowls you over. More subtle is his sympathy for ingredients—how his instincts tell him they fit together to make a single beautiful thing you’d never otherwise experience. He’s found Pointy Snout Caviar’s essence in this masterful cocktail. Here, try it yourself:
POINTY SNOUT’S TROPICAL FLIP
1 1/2 oz Yaguara Cachaca Ouro
1 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup*
1/2 oz coconut milk
Pour all the ingredients in the shaker and dry shake for a few seconds (shake without ice), then shake hard with ice for 15 seconds and fine strain the shaker. Add around 20 caviar eggs and shake again (with no ice) for a few seconds, then pour in a small water glass or flip glass.
Serve with a spoon.
