Chef Andrew Carmellini posted the menu of Chefs Ignacio Mattos & Aidan O’Neal’s soon-to-be-infamous brunch “inspired by the diets of dictators of the XX & XXI century”. Pointy Snout Caviar appears on the menu alongside such dishes as Mars Bars and pigeon. The crowd’s reply? “Oy. More caviar please.”
