Chef Arnal Intro’s Pointy Snout to Tokyo

Chef Armand Arnal, who created wonderful pairings for our “Tasting of New Caviars” event last June, decided to bring Pointy Snout Caviar in tow on his recent trip to Tokyo.  Needless to say, the new market appreciated our offering of Avant-Garde Ossetra and Avancé White Sturgeon caviars.
