Mimicking the exact egg of Pointy Snout sustainable caviar, artist Anne Koch designed a sculpture in the form of black sturgeon fish eggs. The mound is created to look like the caviar has been poured out, emptied, discarded, reflecting the seeming luxury of waste.
The mound hides a holding area for one 100 gram tin of caviar. It can also be used to hold diamond rings, pearl necklaces, and gold teeth.
