Pointy Snout Caviar
Our caviar is for a whole new audience. They have a taste for the seriously good stuff, but want it to be more fun and accessible. Probably with less pomp. Certainly with no rules. We’re liberating caviar from the Tsarist decadence of St. Petersburg, and putting it in the clubs and galleries of Williamsburg.
Pointy Snout Caviar is made by hand from sustainably farmed White Sturgeon roe. It’s not pasteurized. It’s chemical-free—that means no Borax! It’s honestly labeled for date of harvest and provenance. Our Master Taster precisely matches each customer order with the highest grade of caviar available.
