As former brand-director of Momofuku and founder of c/o goods, it can be said with certainty that Sue Chan has good taste and knows what tastes good. When asked by Haven's Kitchen what her favorites are for winter entertaining, Sue answered simply. "Caviar. Pointy Snout is my current favorite, and blinis served with champagne—La Caravelle, always. It’s simple and a crowd favorite."
